Memo to New Error
After high level discussions the O.P.C is asking you to refrain from calling Daniel Burfitt " The Lumberjack ", we believe we own the trademark on that name, so guys looks like publicly you will need to find a new name for him, in private you can call him whatever you want.

actually champ it was the instigator mark beard who came up with the name lumberjack, so we will keep it ok
why is simmo now a scouted player? all the opc has done is bagged him out for 18 months, guess desperate times call on desperate measures hey boys
At the time - the Champ was contracted to the O.P.C, so bad luck man, come up with some new names
facts have let you down Chris, it appears Joe actually came up with the name
as the creator of the name, mark has rights to where and when it can be used and never gave the opc permission to use that name, if this keeps up we may have to take legal action against the opc
even beau will confirm this story as he was there when mark came up with the name so take that optimus bennetts another win to the mega mauler and his decepterdonks
